CHICAGO Style Mouthpieces

The verdict is in! The CHICAGO Style mouthpieces are a clear winner.

This model/facing was suggested by famed Chicago clarinetists Larry Combs and Julie DeRoche, both of whom helped with testing.

Unsolicited customer quotes:

I'm in a big hurry, so I'll write more later.  I LOVE the mouthpieces.  All three are better than my current mouthpiece, and I could use each of them-Thanks - you really have something here.”

“What can I say but thank you for sharing your mouthpiece with me - it plays like a dream!”

CHICAGO Style - “Superb”

Chicago has always been a town renowned for great clarinetists and great clarinet mouthpieces. These mouthpiece continue that tradition.

Every aspect of these mouthpieces - facing, chamber, baffle, and bore - were developed in consultation with several of the Chicago area’s great clarinetists.

They play with a very centered, rich, and pearl-like tone.

Due to the close tip, (.95 to .98) the response is quick, and fast tonguing is made much easier.

Enhanced, with a new proprietary blank from Zinner, available only to ClarinetXpress.
